Nuestro objetivo consistió en mejorar la autogestión de la organización, mediante campañas, programas y eventos a fin de poder cubrir algunas de las necesidades básicas de los ancianos, tales como recolección de víveres, vestimentas, medicamentos, marketing y comercialización del producto (helados) que elabora la fundación, plan padrino para ayudar a los ancianos, elaboración y difusión de la página web, entre otros.
