dc.description.abstractThis work develops the initiative to design an injection mold interchangeability of four chambers for the production of grids and caps, 50mm PVC plates reusing existing standards in production company pipe fittings. Therefore analyzed the parameters for the injection mold design are made the necessary calculations to determine the necessary characteristics of an injecting machine. Be used for developing a framework for orderly and planned construction of plastic injection molds, as well as assessing the validity of the elements to be used by using design software. As a result of the above situation gives an injection mold that meets the specifications for the molded part by the Company, shall be submitted technical reports, maps, the work schedule and a table of project costs.en
