Abstract: This work of investigation looks for to introduce to the market Guayaquileño a new service denominated “HUELLAS”, using a strategy that allows to determine the requirements of the consumer, thus to offer a new service to him that fills all the expectations of the parents with children with different capacity (syndrome of Down), with a modern and innovating approach. The added value of this product is in which to the young people with S.D it will occur workable factories them so that therefore the young person is not scared to leave to the labor scope that nowadays already is an obligation for all employer, which must count on at least on a 3% of collaborator with different capacities. For this I am realized surveys of the city of Guayaquil, this means without distinction of age, civil state, sort, of all the sectors of the city. I determine myself that the launching of this service would succeed much welcome and, when determining that the greater percentage of the survey people has children or relatives with Syndrome of Down represented by the 56,33%, are altogether agreement to register its children or relatives in this center on the other hand the price that was offered to him had much acceptance. Also which could be determined by means of the financial study that the product is very profitable and that the product has great possibilities of being accepted within the market, is reflected in the level of projected sales and the significant TIR that was
