| Abstract: | The present report includes the installation of the electrical distribution system in a ship steel conveyor length 40 m bunker, B/T "TAURUS" under standards of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), in order to obtain classification. The tanker was built by Ecuadorian Naval Shipyards (ASTINAVE) for the Superintendency of Balao (SUINBA). To comply with the stipulations of the sorter (ABS), we proceeded to the characterization of materials and human resources, planning the electrical installation, daily and periodic building inspections with representatives of the classification society. The preliminary test delivery was made in navigation to Posorja and the final to Esmeraldas, with representatives of ASTINAVE, ABS and SUINBA. The tanker was received and commissioned under the administration of the Superintendency of Balao, fulfilling the expectations of the owner (SUINBA). |
| Description: | El presente informe contempla la instalación del sistema de distribución eléctrica en un buque de acero de 40 m de eslora transportador de combustible, B/T “TAURUS”, bajo normas de la clasificadora American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), El tanquero fue construido por Astilleros Navales Ecuatorianos (ASTINAVE) para la Superintendencia de Balao (SUINBA). Para cumplir con lo estipulado por la sociedad clasificadora (ABS), se procedió a la calificación de recursos materiales y humanos, planificación de la instalación eléctrica, inspecciones diarias de construcción y periódicas con los representantes de la clasificadora. La prueba preliminar de entrega se la realizó en navegación hacia Posorja y la final hacia Esmeraldas, con representantes de ASTINAVE, ABS y SUINBA. El tanquero fue receptado y puesto en servicio bajo la administración de la Superintendencia de Balao, cumpliéndose con las expectativas del armador (SUINBA). |
