Abstract

The current trend demands the need for proper data management for non-profit organizations, with the integration of current technologies that provide critical information for decision-making in a clear and easy-to-visualize format. The system is accompanied by using PowerBI to create reports that are then embedded in the React application. Three main dashboards have been developed for a Christian community: key indicators of attendees and members, leaders, and another specifically for pastors, which facilitates monitoring the growth of these entities. Additionally, the system provides the ability to limit report visualization to users according to the permission granted by the administrator. This enables community-level information management regarding the analysis of trends and behaviors. This module is configured with a minimalist and user-friendly interface, making it possible for users with different levels of technological experience to use it. The system exponentially increases the organization's capacity to convert such data into actionable information, which helps leaders make informed and strategic decisions.
