dc.description.abstractThis project tries to show to the level of the Fiscal Scholastic Education in Ecuador, indicating some basic problems and showing to some natural hypotheses and solutions, of the authorities and some people, for their later study and analysis. Although some essential data are contributed on the evolution of the education, the study is not exhaustive as far as the detailed description of the educative policy of the new period. The knowledge and the reflection of the public generally on several of the problems that generally affect the yield and the education in Ecuador, are the primary target of this production. In order to achieve this aim the quality of the fiscal scholastic education on the basis of several social factors is analyzed and as these affect intellectual and emotional yield of the boy; are: illiteracy, undernourishment, migration, abuse and infantile work. In the same way it is wanted to show to the other face of the currency analyzing the atmosphere in which another fundamental actor in the process of formation of a boy in scholastic age develops, the teacher.en
