Abstract

This project aims to minimize the number of work injuries through the distribution and sale of industrial safety equipment and provision of occupational health consulting. With the implementation of this project is expected to contribute positively to the welfare of workers at the workplace, increase their productivity and reduce costs for accidents at work. As a result of the market research made, an entry opportunity was found; the strategy is going to be based on providing a new alternative for customers that are dissatisfied with the durability and quality of products currently available in the market. This portion of the market will be offered a greater durability, higher quality and bigger variety of items. After simulating the run of the business, we concluded that this project is a profitable proposal, which we recommend to be implemented.
