dc.description.abstractThe thesis project that has been performed has as an objective to import from Berlin, Germany, an anti-inflammatory made of enzyme which main feature (the one that differences it from the other products competing in the market) is that it does not produce side effects, in order to be commercialized in Guayaquil. The project pretends to capture the niche of the market that cannot tolerate the ordinary anti-inflammatory products and people that are concerned about taking an OTC (over the counter) medicine that could be reliable and that does not represent a hazard for their wellbeing. By performing the regarding marketing, technical and financial analyses it was found as a conclusion that the project is profitable since it obtained a high level of acceptation from the objective market and the net present value of the cash flows not only gave back the inversion in a short time but also gave profits for the investor. In the same way, by performing a scenarios analysis it was determined that this investment project has a 30% of risk and a 70% chance of success.en
