Proyecto de evaluación sobre la producción y comercialización de desayunos nutricionales “nutri-lunch” para niños pre~escolares en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

Nutri-LUNCH is the new choice for feeding pre-school age children of middle social layers. This project (nutri-lunch) consists of providing one nutritional “vianda” to pre-school age middle-class children, which will be directly given in the kindergartens in the north side of Guayaquil. This project tries to stimulate the consumption of nutritious and healthful food in schools and to reduce the habit to consume “junk food”, that makes much damage to children. The dieticians assure that the consumption of this type of junk foods affects the health and the yield at the school of children, who usually suffer obesity, diabetes and other diseases in the medium and long term. It will be provided one “vianda” daily with foods and treats with high nutritious value through which the children will develop good nutritional habits in the most important age, so that they last throughout his life. The project includes: study of market, income, debits and the financial evaluation that allows to determine its feasibility.
