dc.description.abstractThis article is about the development of methodology to improve the productivity of wood doors fabrication process with the purpose to determinate the plan of action that helps to identify the principal problems of the area and give a solution with help of lean technique. To achieve the identification of problems were necessary to make meeting daily with the production controller of the company to set up the expectative of the studies, previously to make the actual situation of the company with the help of the VSM we can identify the types of wastes, one time that they was identify we continue with select the worst delays and attack to eliminate them. The selection of the best lean technique have been defined by CEO of the company to define the best option that help to solve the actual problems; the five steps of lean technique are: to classify, to order, to clean, to standardize, discipline. The execution of this technique must be managed by an expert and a work team of the interest area to execute the lean technique. With this implementation expects to eliminate delays of area in an efficient way and achieve. The proposal objective for increase the productivity of wood doors fabrication.en
