dc.description.abstractThe project described above will apply advanced techniques of marketing services to implement customer service improvements from the 5 major local in Guayaquil as: Torre Azul, Policentro, Riocentro Ceibos, Riocentro Sur and Riocentro Entreríos, being Policentro the establishment of higher volume sales nationwide of the trademark Aromas y Recuerdos. Where potential customers were analyzed according to the data obtained from repeat customers of perfumery in the different locations, creating loyalty, brand positioning, establishing a direct relationship with customers and get the return you expect this institution. To mark Aromas y Recuerdos is useful to realize this project in their chains of drugstores nationwide. The service plan achieved that the company has an image of professional development for its customers that attend their stores and attract new customers which will enhance the brand.en
