dc.description	El presente trabajo trata de un completo y riguroso análisis del estándar de televisión digital terrestre Brasileño adoptado por nuestro país (Ecuador) , al estudiar este estándar nos referimos especialmente a la característica de transmisión y recepción. Comenzamos por el concepto de televisión digital terrestre, ventajas, desventajas y sus características que lo hace diferente a otros sistemas; además se toma como referencia para el uso del espectro radioeléctrico el Plan Nacional de Frecuencia Vigente otorgado por el Mintel( Ministerio de Telecomunicaciones), se presenta la estructura del sistema de manera adecuada para su estudio ya que estos pasos son importantes para la transmisión desde la antena de distribución terrestre logrando la comparación de codificación tanto de video y audio desde el punto de vista de niveles de compresión , manejos de objetos y corrección de errores. Se indica los beneficios de la utilización de OFDM para la transmisión digital , tipos de redes ,costos de equipos para este sistema , un software de adopción y ejecución de aplicaciones en los receptores.	es
dc.description.abstract	This work is a comprehensive and rigorous analysis of the digital terrestrial television standard adopted by our country Brazilian (Ecuador), in studying this standard we refer especially to the reception and transmission characteristic. We begin with the concept of digital terrestrial television, advantages, disadvantages and characteristics that makes it different from other systems also taken as reference for the use of radio spectrum in the National Frequency Plan Effective granted by Mintel (Department of Telecommunications), presents the structure of the system appropriately for study since these steps are important to the transmission from the terrestrial antenna distribution comparison coding achieving both video and audio from the viewpoint of compression levels, handling of objects and error correction. It shows the benefits of using OFDM for digital transmission, types of networks, equipment costs for this system, making software and applications running in the receivers.	es
