Abstract: The project is based on a company that develops and markets the currant jelly in the city of Guayaquil. The company is one of the first to enter the market with this new product and currently there is no other company that develops and commercializes the jam. This project begins with an overview of the product, objectives, product features, benefits and everything about this fruit. An overview of the history of the jam and its market. A review of the market, as well as a study of our competition. Next, a market research an d the important factors. At the core of this project is developing open fields other fruit jams than traditional ones, generate jobs and contribute to the health of people. To determine feasibility of this project were undertaken due to technical market research and administrative, as well as the respective financial evaluation.
