Abstract: In brief terms, the matter is referred to the execution of an institutional marketing plan for the Superior Polytechnic School ESPOL and all the services that it offers. This project tries to implement a new way of communication in the diverse channels of distribution and offers services for the community without neglecting the student level. It consist in the building of a sketch the will allow to manage the media campaign, publicity and administration of ESPOL’s resources in an adequate manner with a pre established budget. All of this is to approach a better service to the students and companies that need the ESPOL’s services in the technological field of investigation field, as well as the professional consultancy .
