Description:	El Comité de Ética en Investigación (CEI) de la Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) enfrenta desafíos debido a la complejidad de sus procesos, causando demoras y dificultades en la gestión documental. Ante la falta de un sistema automatizado, se propone el desarrollo de una solución que optimice la gestión de solicitudes de ética en investigación, alineado con los estándares de la GTSI, justificando la necesidad de mejorar la eficiencia del CEI. El proyecto utilizo técnicas como el modelo vista-controlador, una arquitectura dividida entre backend en .NET y frontend en React, y una base de datos diseñada según las guías de la Gerencia de Tecnologías y Sistemas de Información (GTSI) de la ESPOL. Se realizaron pruebas de integración y funcionalidad en un entorno de pruebas. El sistema fue desarrollado y desplegado exitosamente, automatizando la gestión de solicitudes y mejorando la interacción con los usuarios. Se resolvieron problemas críticos del sistema anterior y los usuarios validaron positivamente su efectividad durante las pruebas, el sistema desarrollado mejora significativamente la gestión de solicitudes del CEI, asegurando un proceso mas ágil y eficiente. metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish:	The Investigative Research Comm (CEI) of the Higher Political Science School of the Litoral (ESPOL) has problems with the completion of its processes, causing difficulties and difficulties in document management. Before the failure of an automated system, we propose the development of a solution that optimizes the management of research requests in investigation, aligned with the standards of the GTSI, justifying the need to improve the efficiency of the CEI. The project uses technologies like the vista-controller model, an architecture divided between backend in .NET and frontend in React, and a base of designed data following the guides of the Gerencia de Tecnolog´?as y Sistemas de Infomracion´ (GTSI) de la ESPOL. It will be possible to carry out integration and functionality in a complete set of tests. The system is enabled and released automatically, automating the management of requests and improving the interaction with users. If you resolve critical problems with the previous system and users positively validate their effectiveness during the operation, the unlocked system will significantly improve the management of CEI requests, ensuring a more efficient and efficient process.
