CONDITION FOR PUBLICATION OF PROJECT. project develops a digital automated system for monitoring and controlling operating costs in a banana exporting company. By integrating Python for data processing and Power BI for interactive visualization, a dashboard was built to centralize information on the inflow and outflow of logistic materials, enhancing traceability, reducing overhead costs, and supporting managerial decision-making. The design was structured under the CRISP-DM methodology, ensuring a scalable, reproducible, and business-oriented solution.
