Diseño de un modelo de trazabilidad de información financiera en una Institución de Educación Superior

Abstract

The present project aims to create and validate a proposal to improve financial management services, focusing on optimizing traceability and systems integration, as well as reducing financial consolidation time. It is hypothesized that the implementation of a Service Blueprint based on digital tools will increase process visibility and aid decision-making. The justification is based on the need for procedures that are more transparent, effective, and in line with the institution's digital transformation. Multiple versions of the Service Blueprint were created and modified for the execution of the project, based on validations with the teams participating in the different systems. Similarly, the Proto.io prototyping tool was used to visually represent the system design and add traceability and process monitoring functions. As a result, an operational prototype was achieved that makes it possible to view the status of the purchase process, the number of procedures, and their progress, demonstrating a proposal capable of achieving a financial consolidation time of less than two days. In conclusion, it is established that the proposed design optimizes operational efficiency, process transparency, and systems integration, laying the foundation for future concrete implementation.
