Resumen:
This article explains the development of a web application called ACADSYSTEM, which allows you to
manage an educational institution. However, it is oriented mainly to schools, colleges and / or general education
units. Is a tool whose purpose is to provide general solutions to the problems presented at the administration of an
educational institution, which mostly derive from excessive manual labor that exists in both the secretarial
and teaching staff, which becomes a very stressful work.
It provides a description of the problem, outlined in brief the tools used in developing the application describes
the functional and nonfunctional requirements and elaborate a description about the users who will be involved in
using the system, it is showed a journey through the system indicating the modules which comprises, in addition to
tests of system functionality.
