Abstract: At the moment the Ecuadorian’s market is very dynamic. We know that urban families spend 41% of their incomes in food and increase the tendency to consume freezing foods on medium and upper class side due to look for immediate satisfaction through easy foods to consume or simplify the daily activities. For that, we design a small factory to produce freezing foods ready to eat; our objective is making the procedure for the constitution, make-up and development also evaluating the feasibility. For the development, we consider the Ecuadorian’s laws respect corporate constitution and food’s area; design the process lines according the products to make, determining their operations however times, equipments, persons, and caloric charge for cameras. For this project, calculate the investment and evaluate its feasibility. Taking account of the finish product must heating in microwave oven to consume, we calculate the thawing time and the results were validated with experimental tests.
