Abstract: This grade project collects all the methodology that was developed during the design, planning and implementation of a control system and integrated monitoring the dilution of mature beer with carbonated water, for which we make use of advanced industrial automation control technologies, communication and instrumentation, and establishing the main objectives of automatic controls to establish ties of control with efficient and properly implemented, integrated tools to have adequate control and process management, and the ability to store records physical parameters that give the field instruments, to ensure flexibility of system integration to any network architecture, medium or long term and establish mechanisms to ensure availability of services automation system and thereby avoid the interruption process improving operational efficiency.
