Abstract

The next project was developed with the finality to support for the decision making, for the manager and administrative staff in the areas of sales. Purchasing and inventory of the Industrias Lacteas Toni, to keep competitive the company the managers and employees decision making, require a quick access and easy to the information, the information system of the company don’t show the enough information to help positively to the process in order to improve the performance of the company, the company was decided to implement a BI solution it will allow employees to access in a systematic way the information generated, as support to the information analysis and the decision making, the implementation will help reduce cost and increased the sales, recover the investment in the first years, doing the project totally feasible.
