Abstract: The main purpose of this project is the storage of phase voltages and line currents for a three-phase power set to star. The prototype has limitations with regard to the values of measured voltage (120 Vrms) and the way of measuring the current, which is based on using a current probe (Fluke 80i-110s). The data are recorded and stored for pairs in the EEPROM memory of a DsPic 30F4011. A button will select one of the 3-phase measurement (current and voltage), for a period of time set by the user. The data signals are collected only from a rising zero crossing of each signal. Once all the data possible, these are sent through a switch to using a computer as a communication MAX - 232. The graphics are displayed through the end of a program in Visual Basic 6.0 for further analysis.
