Abstract: Attention and indemnification expenditures due to laboral accidents shown by statistics, overcome high implementation costs of prevention measures and the acquisition of industrial safety equipments. All of this is without considering the impact in the well-being of the workers and sanctions that national and international organisms emit. That is why; this feasibility study raises the establishment of an importing safety footwear company, with the purpose to cover the industrial unsatisfied demand. The manufacturing sector, construction sector, electrical sector and mineral sector are the sectors which need major protection because of their high risk level, for that reason we will focus in offering footwear with specific characteristics adaptable to circumstances in which these factories develop their activities. On the other hand, internal production of industrial footwear has serious difficulties to finance development of technologies to reach major quality; likewise imports have been reduced by safeguards imposition that affects directly the cost of imported footwear. Our vision consists in prompt expansion and leadership of our product around the three continental regions of our country. To achieve this objective we have established an advertising campaign and a distribution system that developed by impressive sales equipment and supported by an effective administrative department. We look for turning records lack into own company strengths and optimization of resources in all operations. Initial investment is important to finance stock enough that will be distributed in preliminary months while we collect given credits. Our main expenses consist in giving training and incentives deserved to our collaborators, because we recognize they constitute one of the principal axes of the development of the company. On having finished the study we found agreeable results that they benefit economically in satisfactory periods.
