Description:	El presente trabajo investigativo está enfocado en la evaluación del cumplimiento operativo del sistema de Revisión Técnica Vehicular de la empresa ABC en la ciudad de Guayaquil, a través de la medición de cuatro indicadores que son fundamentales en la operatividad del operador concesionado. A su vez, mediante la base de datos proporcionada por el concesionario, se podrá realizar el respectivo análisis y posterior valoración de dichos indicadores, logrando efectuar el correcto levantamiento de hipótesis, gráficas y comparaciones a nivel trimestral, para los meses de abril, mayo y junio del año 2022; y con esto, lograr dar una respuesta a que si las cláusulas ofertadas dentro del contrato de concesión fueron o no cumplidas operativamente.
metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish:	This research work is focused on the evaluation of the operational compliance of the Vehicle Technical Inspection system of the ABC company in the city of Guayaquil, through the measurement of four indicators. The present research is focused on the evaluation of the operational compliance of the Vehicle Technical Inspection system of the ABC company, in the city of Guayaquil. The measurement has been done through four indicators that are fundamental in the operation of the concession operator. In turn, through the database provided by the concessionaire, the respective analysis and subsequent assessment of said indicators can be carried out, managing to carry out the correct survey of hypotheses, graphs and comparisons at a quarterly level, for the months of April, May and June of the year 2022; thus, to be able to give an answer to whether or not the clauses offered within the concession contract were fulfilled operationally.
