Abstract: The present situation in Ecuador of constant threats of electricity shutting-down for long terms of dryness, and in a lot of province in the Coast of diary runs off-light service will not change because the big hydro-electric centrals existence in the country work a lot of its time in the top of their techniques and resources limits; therefore, during the months between October and march, the Ecuador has been compelling for Colombia’s’ electricity at a cost of US$ 598.6 millions, according to the CENACE. According to the “Frente Social del Ecuador”, 48% of the homes had lack of this basic service, being this percent higher in the Andes land that in the Coast. The existence of the electric service in the city of Santa Elena is poor since in this town only 81.50% of the houses build there had electricity. The energy that comes for the wind has its origin in the movement of the air masses. It corresponds to a source of removable energy that is there in a significant pound around the world. As the same us other removable energy sources, it comes for the sun, since the difference between the temperatures in distant geographies zones of the earth are the ones that produce the air to circulate. The better zones for the location of this type of projects are the sea coasts, open low mountains and other zones where there is a lot of wind.
