In order to get an idea how is the poultry market, it was investigated by means of surveys; These help us to determined what are the characteristics related to quality, so we can measure what are the preferences that helps the consumer choice to purchase. Also we verified that the sales leader company is the one with the quality certificate. Having mostly half of the market participation, leaving the rest to the other companies. The first step to start up a quality system is the application of the Good Practices of Manufacture, and hazard analysis control critical points (HACCP). Then when both systems were applied, continue with an ISO certificate. Because the company must be prepare with logistics, process procedures and, teach employees how this quality system works, for reaching our goal. Finally one evaluated the economic feasibility through financial tools as VAN and TIR. So much was valued the income as the highly costs caused by the implementation of the quality system.
