Abstract: Quevedo is located in Los Rios Province, with a population of approximately 230,000 inhabitants. It has eight rural and two urban parishes. The great feature of this city is its high dynamics of trade, its outstanding agricultural development and the large number of Chinese settlers; the last statement gave a boost to the economy, food and agriculture. In the city have been given more than an ethnic melting for 100 years resulting from a well-accepted by the locals and harmony between them, are at present nearly half of china Quevedeños with blood. Walking along Quevedo’s streets is to taste a daily strong bond trading and cultural develops, but maybe that was not represented by an icon that marks the physical mixing that has been a rising through the years. Thus was born the proposal for this planning, contributing in order to increase the tourism that is scarce in Quevedo.
