Resumen:
CONDITION FOR PUBLICATION OF PROJECT. project proposes the development of a strategic guide to facilitate access to international
cooperation for communities, tourism ventures, and local governments in Ecuador. The
initiative arises from the limited availability of clear and accessible information on how to
apply for funding and cooperation partnerships for sustainable development. The Design
Thinking methodology was applied, structured into five phases: empathize, define, ideate,
prototype, and test. Throughout the process, semi-structured interviews, documentary analysis,
and the design of visual tools were carried out. The resulting product was a digital prototype
in the form of an interactive guide, aimed at facilitating access routes, identifying key actors,
and highlighting cooperation opportunities. The main findings revealed the need for practical
tools adapted to local contexts and written in accessible language. It is concluded that this type
of instrument can significantly contribute to strengthening the links between territories and
international cooperation.

CONDICIONAMIENTO DE PUBLICACION DE PROYECTO. El presente proyecto plantea la elaboración de una guía estratégica que facilite el
acceso a la cooperación internacional en comunidades, emprendimientos turísticos y
gobiernos locales del Ecuador. Esta iniciativa surge frente a la limitada disponibilidad de
información clara y accesible sobre cómo aplicar a fondos y alianzas de cooperación para el
desarrollo sostenible. Se aplicó la metodología Design Thinking, dividida en cinco fases:
empatizar, definir, idear, prototipar y testear. A lo largo del proceso se realizaron entrevistas
semiestructuradas, análisis documental y diseño de herramientas visuales. El producto
resultante fue un prototipo digital en formato de guía interactiva, orientada a facilitar rutas de
acceso, identificar actores clave y visibilizar oportunidades de cooperación. Entre los
principales hallazgos se evidenció la necesidad de herramientas prácticas, adaptadas a
contextos locales y redactadas en lenguaje accesible. Se concluye que este tipo de
instrumento puede contribuir significativamente a fortalecer los vínculos entre el territorio y
la cooperación internacional.
